Looking ahead at my week I can surely say that I am really busy and I'm not really fond of the thought of having somethign to do every day of the week. Hudson has his 9 month appointment on Wednesday and you know what that means! MORE SHOTS! :0( Yuck...
We are also having a little problem drinking formula lately...he doesn't want to drink it!!! Has anyone ever heard of this??? My mom said he would only drink like an ounce at a time and he would NOT drink anymore. He still drinks a 6 oz bottle at night but they say they need 16 ozs in a day and he might get 12 at the most. I'm going to ask the doctor what he thinks but does anyone have any suggestions in the mean time? I think it's because he loves water and juice and he likes his sippy cups but he REFUSES to drink formula from a sippy. He literally gags. I'm not sure if that is drama or what but he really gags! It's kind of funny but it makes me sad thinking that he might not be getting all of the nutrition he needs. I do give him vitamins to help too but I don't know....I'm at a loss! Help!!

Maybe it would be worth it to ask your doctor if Hudson can start on whole milk a little early since he's not doing the formula thing well. Otherwise, I might stop giving the water/juice for a while until he HAS to take the formula to quench his thirst. And if he starts taking the formula regularly again, I would only give water/juice AFTER he's done enough of the formula.
I hope this works itself out for you! I know how stressful it can be!
Wow! That is rough! Don't you love when they just don't cooperate?? Lol! I don't know much about fomrmula feeding, but Alison's suggestions sounded really good to me. Hopefully your doctor will be able to help you out!
